Billing questions
Is GST included?
No. Prices are per month before GST at 18%, which is added at checkout. Add your GSTIN on the billing page to get a tax invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
Do you give refunds?
Payments for a period that has started are not refunded automatically. Duplicate charges and billing errors are.
What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?
They are kept. Nothing you recorded is deleted when a plan ends. You may need to delete or download older sessions before you can record more if you are over the smaller plan’s storage.
